Meek Mill “Amen” Controversy: Bad Rap?

There has been a lot of controversy surrounding Meek Mill’s new song “Amen” featuring Drake and Jeremih. The rapper has been publicly enthralled in a debate with Philadelphia pastor Jomo Johnson. The pastor, calling the song “blasphemous”, launched a Call To Action boycott against the song proclaiming that it be removed from all radio stations across the country. Meek Mill has apologized stating that “…If anybody feel disrespected, I ain’t do it in that way and I ain’t drop the song with bad intentions.” The pastor has consequently lifted the boycott.
