First it was the 25th Birthday Party, then he drops the Dreamchasers 2 mixtape, then in the studio with Nas, now he is inking a deal with Jay-z’s management company Roc Nation joining his MMG label mate, Wale and Meek’s producer Jahlil Beats. In a recent interview with Jay’s website Lifeandtimes,he spoke onethe situation,
“Yeah, that’s the new deal I put together. Me coming up in this rap game, I was always an underground artist coming up by myself and making all of the moves by myself,” he told the site. “And my manager – he’s just like me, we’ve been coming up in the streets by ourselves. So we just decided to partner up with Roc Nation and take things to another level.”
